Digitizing for Embroidery

Embroidery machines can't read a JPG or PNG. They follow a stitch file that tells the machine where every stitch goes, which direction the thread runs and how dense it is. Converting your logo into that file is called digitizing. Good digitizing is the difference between a crisp logo and a puckered, hard-to-read one. We digitize your logo once and keep the file for every future order.

Vector Art and Print-Ready Files

Screen printing, DTF and sublimation all need a clean, high-resolution file. We redraw low-quality logos as vector art, separate colors for screen printing, and fix spacing and sizing so the print comes out clean. If all you have is a faded business card or a small image off a website, we can rebuild it.

Mockups and Proofs

Before anything goes into production, we send a digital mockup showing how your design will look on the actual product. You approve it, then we make it.

Set Up Once, Used Every Time
