Refund Policy
At Direct Embroidery & Screen Printing, the majority of our products are custom-made and personalized to order (embroidery, screen printing, DTF transfers, sublimation, laser engraving, and printed drinkware). Because these items are produced specifically for you, they cannot be resold and are not eligible for return or refund except in the cases described below.
Defects or our error
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved (wrong design, size, color, spelling, or quantity due to our mistake), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, remake, or refund the affected items at no cost to you. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
Non-customized / blank items
Unworn, unwashed blank or stock items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Order approval & cancellations
Custom orders go into production after you approve your proof. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or changed, so please review your proof carefully before approving.

Email direct@sarasotashirts.com or call (941) 342-0244 with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
