Screen printing is still the best way to put one design on a lot of shirts. We've been doing it in our shop on Beneva Road since 2001 for local businesses, teams, schools, churches and events. Everything is printed in-house, and orders start at 12 pieces.
How screen printing works
We make a screen for each color in your design, then press ink through it onto the garment one color at a time. The ink goes on thick and opaque, so colors stay bright even on black and navy shirts. Once the screens are set, every shirt in the run comes out the same, which is why the price per shirt drops as the order gets bigger.

Screen Printing
Best when you need a dozen or more of the same design in a few solid colors. The boldest ink and the lowest price per shirt on bigger orders.
DTF Printing
Better for full-color art, photos, gradients and small quantities, down to a single shirt. See DTF printing.

Getting an order started
Send us your artwork, the shirt style and color you want, and a rough count by size. We'll quote it and send a proof for you to approve before anything goes on press. If all you have is a blurry logo or an old business card, that's fine. Our art team can rebuild it. More on that on our logo and artwork setup page.
You can pick up at the shop at 1205 Beneva Rd or have your order shipped. A lot of our screen printing goes to customers in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice and Siesta Key, not just Sarasota. Need polos or hats with the same logo? We do embroidery too.
