Here is how shipping and pickup work at Direct Embroidery & Screen Printing.
Processing & turnaround
Most custom orders are produced in-house in Sarasota, FL. Stock and ready-made items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Custom and personalized orders begin production after artwork approval and payment; turnaround times are provided with your quote or order confirmation. Rush options may be available on request.
Shipping methods & rates
We ship within the United States via standard carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.
Local pickup
Local customers are welcome to pick up their order at our shop at 1205 Beneva Rd, Sarasota, FL 34232 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). We will let you know when your order is ready.
Delivery times
Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier and destination, typically 2–7 business days. Tracking is provided when your order ships.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days and we will help resolve it. See our Refund Policy for details.
