Are these genuine Owala bottles?
They're Owala-style insulated bottles, the same easy-sip design with a push-button flip-up straw lid and built-in carry handle, and we laser-engrave your personalization into the stainless steel.
Will the engraved name fade, peel, or wash off?
No. Because the name is laser-etched into the steel itself, it's permanent. It won't peel or fade like a printed or vinyl label.
What sizes and colors can I get?
Two sizes, 19 oz and 32 oz, in seven lid colors. A few colors are 19 oz only; you'll see what's available as you design.
How long does it take to ship?
Every bottle is made to order and ships in 1-3 business days. For the first day of school, we recommend ordering 1-2 weeks ahead.
Can I add my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Upload a simple one-color logo or line art (PNG or SVG) in the designer. Every upload is reviewed before we engrave it.
